Welcome to Companionship & Friends. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any of our services. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Service Description

  • Companionship & Friends provides paid social companionship sessions via Zoom.

  • Our companions are here to provide conversation, social engagement, and general support.

  • We do not provide professional advice, counselling, therapy, or medical services.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Sessions are offered on a pay-per-session basis, with gift cards also available for purchase and use.

  • Bookings must be made through our website.

  • You must be 18 years or older to use our services.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the session, or non-attendance (“no-shows”), are non-refundable.

4. Session Duration

  • Standard session options include:

    • 30 minutes

    • 1 hour

    • 2 hours

5. Complaints

  • If you feel a session did not meet your expectations, you may submit a complaint via our website.

  • Complaints will be reviewed by our team, and appropriate action may be taken, including potential refunds or internal investigation.

6. Recording of Sessions

  • For safeguarding and security purposes, all Zoom sessions are recorded.

  • Recordings are stored securely and only accessed if required for investigation, safeguarding, or complaint review.

7. Safeguarding

  • If, during a session, there are concerns that a customer is at risk to themselves or others, our companions are required to report this immediately to the relevant authorities or support hotlines.

  • Safeguarding procedures are in place to protect both customers and staff.

8. Privacy

  • Customer data is collected and processed in line with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

  • We are committed to protecting your personal information and ensuring confidentiality at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our services are for companionship purposes only.

  • Companionship & Friends and its companions are not liable for any reliance placed on conversations as professional, medical, or therapeutic advice.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

Customer Acceptance

By booking a session with Companionship & Friends, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
